LB has finalized an agreement with the important Indian company Varmora for the supply of a slabs feeding line with technological tower and the kits Flaketech (for “terrazzo” effect) and Rolltech (for “cement” effect).
Varmora is one of the top five Indian ceramic groups, based in Morbi, it has a daily production of over 110,000 square meters and 4000 employees. In business for almost thirty years, it exports to over 60 countries. It is one of the most innovative Indian companies, being among the first ones to use digital machines in the Indian ceramic industry.
The customer needed to increase the aesthetic performance of technical stoneware slabs and found in LB technology great operational flexibility, the possibility of having a vast production range as well as complete compatibility with the production and decorative solution of the main supplier.
The slabs will be produced in the following formats: 1600x3200x12, 800x3200x15, 1200x1800x15 and 1200x2780x6 mm.
The plant will have a productivity of up to 10,000 square meters/day.
This supply is particularly important for the Indian market as ceramic slabs production technology is rapidly gaining ground in the subcontinent, a need of the local producers that LB is able to satisfy in the best possible way.
