In September 2023, we completed the supply of a heat recovery system at our customer’s Parefeuille Provence, France.
This system recovers the clean hot air coming from two exhaust chimneys related to the kiln cooling systems.
The recovered hot air is conveyed into two vertical dryers and a spray-drier, thus optimizing its use in key processes.
Here-after, you find some significant data:

• Maximum flow rate of mixed air from kiln = 54,000 Nmc/h
• Average temperature of mixed air = 128°C
• Total energy power = 2,112,000 Kcal/h
• Equivalent quantity of methane gas = 258 m3/h

This plant optimizes production processes and reduces the impact on environment.
