Mectiles is ready to present the innovative system of its new net application line.
The netted product increases the mechanical strength and flexibility of the slab, acquiring a higher impact resistance. It also ensures maximum safety in case of breakage, as the applied net prevents the slab from collapsing. This also leads to an improvement in the workability of the slabs, to the benefit of both consumers and fabricators .
ECOGREEN is the new net application line which has been designed, projected and produced entirely by Mectiles. The major strength of this innovative line, lays in its great respect of the environment and of the operators, but without affecting its efficiency : zero CO2 emissions, two-component adhesive application system, no use of cards or plastics. As a result, workplace is kept clean, safe and healthy, with great benefits for the operators and all the workers. From a production point of view, the quality of the finished product is highly improved. ECOGREEN uses a patented slab support system that allows to preserve the aesthetic surface of the slabs, avoiding direct contact with rollers or conveyor belts. Another key element is the digitalization of both the machines and main electrical panels in compliance with Industry 4.0 regulations.
Looking to the future, Mectiles’ research and development department is studying the implementation of artificial intelligence, so as to increase efficiency and automation.
The latest innovative updates can also be easily integrated on the existing plants.
