NEW ISO 14001 AND ISO 45001 CERTIFICATIONS

We are proud to announce that LB has obtained two important certifications: ISO14001 for environmental management and ISO45001 for occupational health and safety. These awards are a significant milestone in our journey towards sustainability, consolidating and strictly monitoring results from both a qualitative and quantitative point of view, renewing our commitment to operational excellence, environmental protection and the safety of our employees. The ISO14001 certification, focused on the environment, and the ISO45001 certification, dedica- ted to health and safety at work, are also governance tools influencing directly the environmental and social aspects of our companies. ISO45001 aligns perfectly with goal 8 of the SDGs’ (Sustainable Development Goals) 2030 Agenda, which aims to protect workers’ rights and promote a safe working environment for all. Our safety management model, inspired by this standard, guarantees high criteria of protection for all our employees and collaborators. ISO14001 promotes environmental sustainability and aligns with objective 12 of the 2030 Agenda, for responsible production and consumption, which have always been pillars of the LB philosophy. We are committed to ensuring an environmental management system over time by identifying and evaluating the environmental impacts of our activities, reducing the consumption of resour- ces, greenhouse gas emissions, waste production and other negative impacts on the environment. Both certifications are a declaration of responsibility by LB towards people and environment, today and in the future.
