For the third year running, Caesar Urban Lab will be taking part in the British event dedicated to design and new trends.
A step into the past to head towards the future. This is the mood that will characterise Caesar’s participation in the Clerkenwell Design Week 2018. From May 22 to 24, the Caesar Urban Lab showroom, in London, 17/18 Great Sutton Street, at the heart of the London design quarter, will become the showcase of a meeting between style and innovation for interior design.
Caesar will be taking part in the event with a very special spirit and a great deal of enthusiasm. And the number ‘3’ will be playing a leading role: 3 are the days of the event, which Caesar will be taking part in for the third time, and it has been three years since the Caesar Urban Lab – the first single-brand architecture space dedicated to ceramics in the United Kingdom – was opened.
Three are also the decades of activity of Ceramiche Caesar that in 2018 will be celebrating its thirtieth year of production and presence in the field of porcelain stoneware. An important journey, that started in 1988, and that has continued thanks to a lot of care and determination, constant investments in technological and aesthetic innovation and above a great deal of foresight. In particular, the latter has given the company a truly international vision, which has led to the opening of showrooms in London, Rome and Paris, the creative research centres of Europe.
Caesar will be taking part in the Clerkenwell Design Week with a concept dedicated to its 3 decades of activity and will be celebrating the evolution of style over the past thirty years. Urban Lab will be changing its look day by day, starting from a typical late 80’s look and ending with today’s modern and metropolitan style.
The constant upgrade of the showroom will be mirrored in the events organised for visitors: the programme will be packed with musical and culinary events and much more. An original revival that joins past and future in an interpretation offering new flavours, sensations and emotions.
The traditional appointments with ceramic innovation and research on style will not of course be missing: at the showroom, in fact, you can view the new collections premièred at Coverings 2018 along with those contributing to the success of Cersaie 2017. You will also have the chance to see the new edition of the Cross Design Magazine, the tool designed to offer hints and to be a space for creative dialogue with the world of architects.
