In fact, to be ever more present and efficient for its customers, BMR has decided to create a personalized, fast and direct platform for the American headquarters, where each user can find the answers to their needs.
Graphics in line with the official website make browsing easy and intuitive, where access to commercial contacts and to the spare parts section for the United States is direct and immediate.
This step aims to further promote the synergy between the Scandiano (Italy) parent company and the American market, which already boasts excellent feedback in terms of customer service.
In fact, a few years after the opening took place definitively in Crossville-Tennessee (USA) in 2017, the new American headquarters dedicated mainly to logistics and assistance services is receiving great feedback from companies in the area, which appreciate the added value of a Made in Italy quality with optimized costs and, at the same time, with greater advantages in terms of punctuality, speed and efficiency.
This affirmation is given both by the local business realities and by the Italian ceramic companies that have chosen internationalization, focusing on the American ceramic valley.
