HOB CERTEC became in  2022 the largest European roller producer

dhct became the largest European roller manufacturer in terms of turnover and quantity exclusively produced in Czech Republic. The company produces just one sole product. A ceramic refractory alumina roller. No other suplementary products related to ceramics. 100% of the production is completely and exclusively developed and produced in the production site in Horni Briza, Czech Republic. In last 10 years a company increased the turnover more than twice. The reason is the continuous investment in more efficient technology, installation of new machinery and various improvements and optimization of production and definitely further implementation of lean standards. Without any doubts this is going side by side with consistent work and dedication of sales team enlarging portfolio of shares in the world market.

A group The brand HOB CERTEC belongs into the High Temp division of  the Diamorph group and Horni Briza facility became head quaters of High Temp Division Diamorph division.  In May this year was in Horni Briza the production of hot gas filters successfully started and in preparation is production of cement boards, which we expect in October will be as the next produced.  These new tranferred products are produced under the brand name Tenmat, the sister company based in Manchester, where they were originally produced. All this is part of the bigger plan of restructuring of the whole Diamorph group.

Investments In last 7 years a company invested into the complete renewal of almost all equipment, the biggest investment was  in 2017 into the new giant kiln , our new loading systém was recetnly installed and started to increase the capacity of new kiln up to 50% and is already shortening delivery time. Thanks to the collaboration with the excellent Czech machinery producers  who developer an unique tailor made equipment just for that purpose. Following with installation of new extruder in August, new mixer later this year in order still to be able to increase the capacity because of the huge demand for HOB CERTEC rollers coming from all over the world.

Development of new products Diamorph is finishing the new R&D Innovation center of High Temp Division division in Horni Briza facility. This should be the new development center responsible for the future of all HT products of Diamorph group. HOB CERTEC R&D team  developed several new products in last 4  years based on the request of the market and clients – 2 new types of the rollers for rapid cooling zone Hyperroll GR and Hyperroll RCX (together having already 4 type of solution of rapid cooling zone)  and 2 new roller types for production of thick tiles, Hyperroll IQ (MOE 120 GPa) and Hyperroll XT with the highest MOE of 220 GPa, the one and only in the market for extreme conditions, huge slabs, thick tiles up to 5 cm, able to carry the load up to 125 kg/sqm of the fired product, which is celebrating the success especially in giant kilns with wide internal section and long rollers.
