In addition to traditional systems for energy saving, Italforni today offers the new ORC system capable of producing electricity from thermal waste.
With a view to decarbonisation, Italforni’s HECO2® is the only solution on the market capable of using electricity from photovoltaics to produce H2 and O2 for use in kilns.
However, Robotics and Automation are the sectors where the greatest results have been achieved.
Always a point of reference in the creation of special heat treatment plants, created on specific needs, today Italforni is able to automate any ceramic manufacturing process.

Specifically, Italforni can build fully automated lines for cutting, grinding and packing thin bricks and wall bricks.

In addition, the new plant for the production of 50.000 terracotta pots per day equipped with 5 anthropomorphic robots and 3 vision systems for automatic size recognition is fully operational.
