With the introduction of new, more compact and homogeneous glazes and grits (frit) on the ceramic surfaces, the market demands for abrasives with high cutting capacity and cutting constancy has increased.

Tecnosint Group in the last two years has developed a new production technology “by sinter” that, combined with the usage of resin with superior mechanics properties, allows a homogeneous distribution of the powders all through the abrasive.

Complete absence of big holes inside the abrasives.
Constant high cutting capacity, that remains the same though all the life of the abrasives. In this way, the polish line operators don’t have to increase the pressure of the abrasives during their usage, as it is done to compensate the lost of cutting capacity that gradually increase during the life of the abrasive.

The “Orion” abrasives by Tecnosint Group, originally available only in the “full” design, now are available also in the 10,17 and 21 sectors abrasives, from grit 40 to 800.
