RIOLA, company from Sassuolo specialized in recycling and re-using production materials, has asked to SERMAT (company of the LB group) to develop a plant for drying the sludge to be re-used in the ceramic production process.

RIOLA was in need of implementing a drying plant for the sludge coming from the deposit of the ceramic dirty water and from the press filters of the wet squaring machines. The drying process allows the material to return to the state of powder and to be used in the production of tiles.
