E’ stato recentemente firmato un accordo per la fornitura del nuovo sistema Easy Color Boost a National Industries Ceramics, primaria azienda di produzione ceramica del Kuwait.

Questa nuova tecnologia realizzata da LB e coperta da brevetto internazionale rappresenta l’evoluzione del processo attualmente conosciuto di colorazione a secco in quanto permette di eliminare i difetti dei sistemi sino ad ora utilizzati, consentendo una migliore distribuzione dell’ossido colorante ed una migliore omogeneizzazione del prodotto finito, anche nel caso di colorazioni a più pigmenti.

National ha scelto la tecnologia Easy Color Boost per i vantaggi che questa comporta rispetto ai sistemi di colorazione tradizionali, primi fra tutti il ridotto stress meccanico, il miglior rendimento cromatico e il risparmio energetico.

La tecnologia verrà installata e messa in servizio tra la fine di quest’anno e l’inizio del 2021.

EASY COLOR BOOST: FIRST SUPPLY FOR NATIONAL INDUSTRIES CERAMICS (KUWAIT)

LB has recently signed an agreement for the supply of the new technology Easy Color Boost to National Industries Ceramics, leading ceramic tiles manufacturer in Kuwait.

This new technology realized by LB and covered by international patent represents the evolution of the currently know dry colouring process since it allows to remove the defects of the systems currently used, allowing a better distribution of the colouring oxide and a better homogenization of the finished product, also in case of various pigments colorations.

National has chosen the Easy Color Boost technology for the advantages that this brings compared to the traditional colouring systems, first of all reduced mechanical stress, better colour performance and energy saving.

 

The technology will be installed and started-up between the end of this year and the beginning of 2021.
